Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Financial Operations: Oversee and streamline Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely collections and accurate payments.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT) reporting and filing.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, monthly management reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Audit Support: Lead and coordinate internal and external audit activities, preparing necessary schedules and documentation to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in financial regulations and implement necessary controls to ensure the company remains compliant with all legal requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in finance workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (NPO, PPh 21/23/26, PPN) and regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
