We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our growing team in the Cikarang/Bekasi area. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing our tax compliance obligations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong grasp of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounting processes, providing valuable financial insights to management, and ensuring that all fiscal operations are executed efficiently and in accordance with current laws.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including data entry and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform accurate and timely posting of financial journals and accounting entries.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Oversee all tax-related functions, including calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh and PPN.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and cost management activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and documentation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict financial deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
