Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Oversee tax compliance activities, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns
- Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and examinations
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
