Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger management to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh and PPN, and internal company policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MS Excel advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to lead a diverse team.
