Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our expanding financial team in Jakarta. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to manage vendor relations, optimize payment cycles, and maintain the integrity of our financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Oversee the end-to-end AP cycle, including verification, recording, and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow requirements for vendor payments, ensuring adherence to internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline the purchasing-to-payment workflow.
- Prepare monthly aging reports, accruals, and financial statements related to payables for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual processes and increase department productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or general financial operations.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
