Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before entry into the accounting system.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring all payments are executed on time and in compliance with company policies.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies regarding purchase orders, receiving reports, or invoice issues.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital records of all payable documents for audit purposes.
- Prepare weekly or monthly aging reports to provide visibility into outstanding liabilities.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and provide support for financial audits as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or general finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data processing with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
