Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to elevate your career with a leading industry player? ChemStationAsia is seeking a highly motivated Finance, Accounts & Tax Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support business growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and possesses a strong grasp of Indonesian tax laws and accounting principles. You will work closely with our leadership team to streamline financial processes and ensure that our account records are maintained with the highest standards of accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle tax compliance activities, including preparation and submission of VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh 21/23/25), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh 29).
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and internal budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic financial reviews.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant local government regulations.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budget planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or financial roles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
