Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia, a leader in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a diligent Finance Admin (Cashier) Staff to join our growing finance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring that all payment and receipt processes are handled with precision, efficiency, and integrity.

You will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by managing cash flow, verifying transactions, and providing clear financial documentation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process daily cash, credit card, and bank transfer transactions accurately.
  • Ensure all financial receipts and invoices are documented, filed, and tracked in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies immediately to the Finance Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify payment requests and ensure timely settlement.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash disbursements and replenishments.
  • Prepare daily financial reports for management review, highlighting cash flow movements.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all transaction data is complete and accurate.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or cashier roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and vendors.
  • Willingness to work in Jakarta Raya and adapt to flexible working hours as required by operations.
