PT Haitao Perdagangan Elektronik is seeking a highly motivated Finance Admin (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accuracy in daily accounting operations, expense management, and reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain financial reports and administrative documentation.
- Handle expense claims, invoices, and payment processing effectively.
- Communicate and translate financial information between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and local teams.
- Organize and archive financial files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist the finance department in budget monitoring and variance analysis.
- Support general administrative tasks to improve overall operational workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (both written and verbal) to support internal communication.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
