We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Pangkajene, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate management of financial data and supporting the administrative functions of the finance department. Tanggung Jawab

  • Data Management: Manage and recap incoming financial data and cash flow accurately and on time.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and secure filing systems for financial documents, contracts, and invoices.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and team regarding payroll processing and expense reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Communication: Handle incoming inquiries related to finance and administrative matters professionally and efficiently.
  • Efficiency: Streamline office procedures to ensure smooth daily operations and data integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details and ensure high data accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
