Kopi Bahagia Siantar is offering a dynamic Finance Administration Internship designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world business practice. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced Finance team to manage business records, participate in internal auditing processes, and contribute to the fiscal health of our operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build your professional portfolio, refine your analytical skills, and develop a comprehensive understanding of financial administration within a fast-paced F&B environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in daily transactional data entry and recording.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documentation.
- Support the reconciliation process for daily sales and petty cash expenses.
- Help prepare periodic financial summaries and internal expenditure reports.
- Monitor and assist with vendor payment processing and billing cycles.
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure financial protocols are followed at the outlet level.
- Assist in inventory auditing and cost control documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data management).
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong integrity and ethical mindset regarding handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to commit to the internship program for a minimum of 3-6 months.
