We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance & Administration Officer to manage our core financial operations and day-to-day administrative workflows.
As a key member of our back-office team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass the full cycle of financial management, from processing daily transactions and managing accounts payable/receivable to preparing monthly reports and ensuring full compliance with local labor and tax regulations, including BPJS management.
We are looking for a candidate who is not just technically proficient but also possesses a proactive attitude and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21/23/4(2)), and payroll processing. Experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is a significant plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain daily financial reports, journals, and general ledger entries in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle payroll processing, including data collection, salary calculations, and the distribution of pay slips and bank transfers.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, contributions, and reimbursements for all team members.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash disbursements and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including filing, data entry, and preparation for annual audits and tax filing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Administration role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT) and statutory benefits (BPJS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Zahir, Accurate, Jurnal, or Odoo) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
