Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording logistics-related expenses accurately.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including accounts payable and receivable for transport operations.
- Handling administrative documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and shipping manifests.
- Coordinating with internal departments to reconcile financial discrepancies in logistics data.
- Maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, for audit readiness and compliance.
- Assisting in budget monitoring and cash flow management for operational expenses.
- Performing general office administration duties to ensure smooth daily business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, administration, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a logistics-focused environment.
