Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support casino and hotel operational planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis on monthly performance vs. budget and forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to department heads to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts for various business units.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the gaming and hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial research and feasibility studies for new resort projects or promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality, gaming, or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling techniques are a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and P&L management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial data.
