Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and financial partners
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury operations
- Oversee budgeting processes, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team through performance management
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures to safeguard company assets
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum GPA 3.0
- 5+ years experience in finance management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Proven track record in bank relationship management and financing negotiations
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional teams
