PT. Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance and Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate day-to-day financial operations and seamless coordination across internal departments.

You will play a key role in supporting our financial reporting, budget oversight, and transaction management, ensuring that every fiscal activity complies with company policies and local regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in the company system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track expenditures, invoices, and payment processes.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including cash flow statements and profit/loss summaries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
