Binajasa Sumber Sarana is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Accounting Officer to join our team in Jatake, Tangerang. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing complex accounting processes, tax compliance, and strategic financial reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting cycle, including monthly financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English business communication.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage end-to-end tax reporting processes (PPh, PPN) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets and variance analyses.
- Perform accurate financial forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
