Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions with precision and timeliness
- Manage, organize, and secure financial documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Support internal and external audit processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and documentation skills
