Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local tax regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor project budgets and expenditures within the telecom infrastructure sector.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Support external audits and provide necessary documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and track depreciation schedules for telecommunications equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
