Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in daily financial planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Prepare and process accurate journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track project-based expenses and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations (Pajak).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
