Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Oversee tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and manage tax reporting and filing processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end closing and audit processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff to ensure high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a small to mid-sized team.
