Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain organized documentation for audits.
- Handle office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing systems, and office supply inventory.
- Support the management team with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in bank reconciliation processes.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or general administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
