Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain organized documentation for audits.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing systems, and office supply inventory.
  • Support the management team with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in bank reconciliation processes.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve overall operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or general administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
