Daikin Applied is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance AP Senior Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our Accounts Payable operations, ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency. You will manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, foster strong relationships with vendors, and support our month-end financial closing processes with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform comprehensive verification of invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Manage vendor master data and coordinate timely payments via bank transfers or other payment methods.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparing accruals and journal entries related to AP.
- Monitor and analyze AP aging reports, providing insights to management for cash flow optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal company financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice-related inquiries and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 23, PPh 21, PPN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight month-end deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
