In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing the integrity of our accounts payable cycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the AP staff to ensure high-quality service and output.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, resolving payment discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and reconcile vendor statements regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and warehouse departments to ensure three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
