Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, including daily workflow allocation and performance monitoring
- Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Implement and maintain efficient accounts payable processes and procedures
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to vendor invoices and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable activities and metrics
- Train and develop team members on accounts payable best practices
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
