Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoice issuance and timely payment tracking.
- Perform daily reconciliation of AR accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to the AR department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Finance, specifically within Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
