Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and cash application.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Streamline billing workflows to reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular credit risk assessments and manage customer credit limits effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the AR department staff to ensure team performance goals are met.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR aging reports and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to resolve discrepancies and facilitate audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
