Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to clients to facilitate collection processes.
- Identify and manage delinquent accounts through proactive outreach and on-site negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Ensure all financial collection activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the internal finance team to reconcile payments and update account statuses.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding field performance and collection outcomes.
- Provide professional feedback on client issues and payment difficulties to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in Finance, Accounting, or Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collection, debt recovery, or direct client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the Jakarta Barat area.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of integrity.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office or basic accounting software.
