Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including cash flow, invoices, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using company accounting software.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify daily sales reports from various outlets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Assist the finance manager in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict operational deadlines.
