Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the funding department, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all funding requests.
- Monitor funding requirements and coordinate with treasury teams to secure necessary capital efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, banking regulations, and compliance standards in all funding activities.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive funding reports for senior management and external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline funding processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all funding transactions and agreements.
- Identify potential risks in funding operations and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- In-depth knowledge of local banking regulations, compliance standards, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of managing tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy under pressure.
