- Manage daily cash operations including forecasting, positioning, and reconciliation
- Oversee banking relationships, account management, and transaction processing
- Develop and implement liquidity strategies to optimize working capital
- Conduct market risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on funding requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of treasury operations or cash management experience
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and BSP guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
