You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts payable and receivable, as well as providing key analytical support for our management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with high accuracy.
- Execute precise journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in the general ledger.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain balance between internal accounts and bank statements.
- Monitor cash flow positions daily to ensure optimal liquidity for business operations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies and billing queries.
- Support the finance manager in tax documentation and audit preparation processes.
- Maintain electronic and physical financial filing systems according to company compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance, cash management, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines during month-end closing.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive financial data.
