Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective financial control systems to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential financial issues
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
