As the Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, optimizing cash flow, managing tax compliance, and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Indonesian GAAP (SAK).
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Manage tax compliance for all applicable local and national regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with department heads (F&B, Rooms, Sales) to analyze business performance and support revenue management and cost control initiatives.
- Support the strategic planning process by providing financial modeling and analysis for new projects, renovations, and investment opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a senior financial management role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, corporate tax law, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proven experience with ERP systems. Proficiency in hospitality-specific software (e.g., Opera, Micros, Sunsystems) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of integrity and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Willingness to relocate to or currently reside in Bali. Experience in the local market is advantageous.
