Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and group standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business objectives.
- Manage external and internal audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate tax planning, tax reporting, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to executive management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles, preferably within a large organization.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to implement and manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
