Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of financial audits
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Supervise finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
