WinnerSumbiri Knitting Factory is seeking a high-performing and strategic Finance Controller Manager to lead our financial operations in Batang, Jawa Tengah. As a pivotal leader in our manufacturing ecosystem, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting, reporting, and internal control processes to ensure the fiscal health and long-term sustainability of our production facility.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between operational data and strategic decision-making. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team dedicated to excellence, optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring that our knitting operations remain competitive and profitable in an evolving global market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial accounting systems and internal control policies.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process in alignment with company goals.
- Analyze production costs and inventory valuation to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Manage external and internal audits, acting as the primary liaison for regulatory and financial stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Expertise in ERP software and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, customs regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
