Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end finance process re-engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to document, analyze, and map complex financial workflows.
- Develop and maintain robust financial control frameworks to ensure compliance with global policies and audit requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement digital transformation tools to automate manual accounting and reporting tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for financial systems, bridging the gap between Finance and IT development teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of new process implementations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial process governance and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA/CPA/CIMA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance process analysis, internal controls, or business transformation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable financial solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation projects or system integration.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
