In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting and inventory integrity, ensuring that our cost accounting processes are precise and our stock data is beyond reproach.

You will take ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles, providing accurate and timely reports that drive informed decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure accurate ledger entries.
- Perform regular and periodic stock opname audits to maintain inventory accuracy and system integrity.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management to reduce variance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost accounting reports, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and data synchronization.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget forecasts.
- Prepare detailed financial performance reports to support operational efficiency initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Control, or General Accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK) and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and experience with ERP/Accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance departments.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of meeting tight reporting deadlines.
- Ability to reside and work effectively in the Jakarta Utara area.
