Sailun Tire, a global leader in the tire manufacturing industry, is seeking a high-caliber Finance Director to join our executive leadership team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will be the strategic financial partner to the General Manager, overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, governance, and business performance management within Indonesia.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive financial excellence, optimize cost structures, and ensure rigorous compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our fiscal strategy, leading budgeting processes, and providing deep-dive financial analysis to support long-term sustainable growth in the Indonesian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Lead the finance team in overseeing daily operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and investment returns.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to identify business trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to monitor departmental performance and drive cost-optimization initiatives.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring accurate reporting and robust internal controls.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management to support high-stakes business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management position, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial multinational company.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, fiscal policies, and corporate finance.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a high-growth or industrial sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and build high-performing finance teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-regional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.
