Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions including AP/AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements for management review.
- Oversee tax compliance, including SST filing and statutory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/EIS contributions, and leave management.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in annual audit preparations.
- Develop and implement financial and HR policies to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar dual-role capacity or senior accounting position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law, Employment Act, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
