In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our internal controls, ensuring that our operational processes remain efficient, compliant, and risk-averse. You will play a pivotal role in identifying vulnerabilities, conducting deep-dive operational audits, and providing actionable recommendations that drive organizational excellence. We are looking for a candidate who can look beyond the numbers to understand the 'why' behind operational deviations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive operational audits across various departments, including supply chain, logistics, and sales distribution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and identify potential process gaps or risk exposures.
- Develop and document audit findings, ensuring clear communication of risks and practical recommendations to management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure identified issues are fully resolved.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and compliance status.
- Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in internal audit or operational audit, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of risk-based audit methodologies and internal control frameworks (COSO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and audit software/tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
