Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to track budget performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Support the tax compliance process, including the preparation of corporate and VAT tax reports.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit processes.
- Maintain financial records and documentation with high accuracy to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
