Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for management review.
- Process invoices and handle accounts payable/receivable functions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or relevant professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
