Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, archive, and manage critical financial documents including receipts, delivery notes, import/export documentation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review and strategic planning
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support budgeting processes and financial forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance executive role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (ACCA, CMA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
