PHC SI, a leading multinational corporation specializing in medical device distribution, seeks a dynamic Finance & HR Manager to join our Jakarta team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow management
- Lead comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for executive review and stakeholder reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and benefit administration systems
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement processes, and operational expense controls
- Coordinate annual audits and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years combined experience in finance and HR roles, preferably in MNC or medical device sector
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and HR management systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail in financial and HR processes
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Certifications (S1 Akuntansi, Brevet A/D) are highly advantageous
