Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle by gathering and organizing financial data.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
- Coordinate with different departments to verify expenses and support internal control compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for financial management meetings.
- Conduct research on market trends and financial benchmarks to support strategic planning.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in audit preparation processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and high numerical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new financial software tools.
- Minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
