Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily recording and maintenance of financial transactions in the company's accounting software.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and organize essential financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities.
- Conduct regular data entry tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect supporting documentation for financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Final year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems) is a significant advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship period in Tangerang.
