As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with our experienced finance professionals to ensure the integrity of our financial operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team with daily administration, grant compliance, and reporting tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to build technical competencies in donor-funded project accounting while working in a dynamic, mission-led environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance team in day-to-day financial administration and document management.
- Verify and process expense claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.
- Monitor and track donor grant budgets to ensure alignment with project implementation goals.
- Prepare accurate and timely project financial reports for review by senior management.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash handling.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with financial data entry and administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in numerical data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
