Shape Up is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. This internship is an excellent opportunity for university students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial administration.
As a Finance Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Receivable department, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining organized documentation. You will work closely with our senior finance team, gaining exposure to real-world financial workflows, bank reconciliation processes, and internal reporting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in the ledger.
- Assist in the systematic recording of financial transactions and journal entries.
- Monitor and track outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records.
- Support the finance department in month-end closing procedures and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with internal departments to verify transaction details and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating financial reports and summaries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
